Hi, I'm Dr Holly Tett, and at Paws Up Dogs we work with both pet parents and pet professionals so that together we can help as many dogs and their people live better lives.

When I first started my business I had some BIG dreams and I naively expected the kind of success that I saw other similar businesses achieve to happen to me overnight too.

I was super passionate about what I did and wanted to reach and help as many people and dogs as I could. So I finally took the plunge, did a bunch of training, left my full time job as a psychologist and went all in on my business.

Although I had some initial clients and good reviews, progress and business growth was SLOW. I wasn't sure how to reach more people online (without paying out a tonne in advertising) and things weren't happening as quickly as I had hoped.

I continued learning, enrolled in lots of business courses and programmes and ended up with a million ideas, but no focus whatsoever.

I found myself procrastinating endlessly, or spending hours perfecting that one facebook post (that was probably seen by about 20 people!) that did nothing to move my business forward.

I felt frustrated, demoralised and on the edge of burn out. It was also when I realised that my mental health had been taking a back seat, I wasn't looking after myself properly, and I wasn't seeing the results that I wanted in my business either. There was no doubt these two things were related. I had a bad resurgence of the kind of dark depression that I hadn't felt in years. It was pretty rough going.

Fast forward to now and my business grows each and every day (yes, even when I'm asleep or out for dinner with friends), it feels manageable and light and I feel calm and focused, rather than stressed and all over the place.

I created this five day event to help you to achieve the same in your business too.

Once we get started there will be simple daily exercises and direct coaching from me in the live Q&As.
